What is Ozone?
Ozone is a client portal and production-workflow tool built for video and creative agencies. Clients request and review videos in one place while your team runs the production pipeline, tracks time, manages plans, and delivers — replacing scattered Notion pages, spreadsheets, and email threads.
Who is Ozone for?
Video production studios, creative agencies, in-house content teams, and production houses — any team that produces video for clients or stakeholders and wants one shared system for requests, review, approvals, time, and delivery.
How do clients request and review videos?
Clients log into their own branded portal, submit a brief (title, deadline, platform, references), watch each project's status update live, and review cuts with threaded, in-context feedback — then approve or request changes.
Can clients approve videos and leave feedback?
Yes. Clients leave comments with @mentions, request changes (which loop the video back to editing and track revision rounds), and approvers approve the final cut. Two-step approval is available so a first approver and a super-approver both sign off.
Does Ozone track time and manage plans and credits?
Yes. Start/stop timers per video roll up into hours by editor, client, and project, and you can assign plans priced by time so clients automatically see credits used versus remaining.
What video platforms does Ozone support for review?
Ozone's review screen plays a pasted link — YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive, a direct .mp4 URL, or a Frame.io link — inside the branded client portal, so you can keep the player you already use while getting Ozone's pipeline, approvals, time, and plans around it.
How is Ozone different from Notion, spreadsheets, or email?
Ozone is purpose-built for video delivery: a production pipeline, an internal review step before anything reaches a client, time tracking, plans and credits, and a private branded client portal — instead of stitching together general-purpose tools.
How is Ozone different from Frame.io?
Frame.io specializes in frame-accurate video review and media hosting for editors. Ozone is the wider agency operating system around the work: a branded client portal, a production pipeline, requests, approvals, time, and plans. Many teams use both — Ozone can embed a Frame.io link for playback.
Is client footage and data secure?
Each client only sees their own projects, and video files are served through private, signed links. Access is enforced per account with row-level security in the database.
How much does Ozone cost?
Pricing is set up per studio rather than per user seat, so cost doesn't climb with every editor or reviewer you add. Book a demo for current pricing and to find the right plan for your team.
